Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Knowledge of accounting software.
- Proven experience in administration and Accounts.
- Must be diligent and responsible.
- Strong communication and Time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for all accounts, financial management & basic administration.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data & function.
- Prepare all kinds of accounts books/registers/ledgers, adjustment transaction & reconciliation.
- Checking all bill vouchers, prepare accounting voucher and update day to day financial records in offline (documentation) & online (software), manpower management, file Record and Banking.
- Responsible for monthly business performance analysis report, FM reporting, review costing, truly expenditure done, salary sheet, inventory sheet, and prepare a budget.
- Prepare financial reports (monthly and annually) as requirement.
- Supporting Management while internal and external audits.
- Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for audit process.
- Ensure timely VAT/TAX Withhold/deduction and deposit as per Govt. rules.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support the needs of the team.
- To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
