Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the factory.
∎ Candidate should have good knowledge on Accord/ Alliance/ RSC/ NFPA-780, 70E, 70B.
∎ Ensure safety and security of machines and equipment from damages and obsolescence.
∎ Will be responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of power consumption and report accordingly in each month.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and report accordingly.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plants, machineries, utilities installation and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitor and supervise all the utility issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, knitting, sewing, substation of 11 and 33 KV.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and follow up scheduled maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Should have good knowledge of installation and maintenance of air cooler.
∎ Should have good experience of installation, commission and maintenance of 11 and 33 KV substation.
∎ Should have good knowledge of installation and maintenance of MDB, DB, SDB, MCB, MCCB, VCB, ACR and LBS.
∎ Capable of fault finding and installation of electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure that all control panels and DB boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
∎ Capable of making electrical diagrams and understands all electrical diagrams.
∎ Should have good knowledge on in house test of thermography scan, earth test, insulation resistance test, transformer oil test.
∎ Should have good knowledge on SLD of electric system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have MIEB No.
∎ Experience on trouble shooting, repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of gas generator, diesel generator, air compressor, steam boiler, electrical power distribution and sub-station etc.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall maintenance and utility related issues of factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative and self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication and strong negotiation skills.
