Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience in Sales, Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging
∎ Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
∎ Strong Japanese skills as frequently communicate with Clients (N2 or above)
∎ Have Japanese cultural knowledge, experiences for working at Japanese company is a plus
∎ A solid understanding of the company’s market: products, players & technologies
∎ Ability to lead a team, assign the tasks for members
∎ High sense of responsibility at work, respect for the spirit of teamwork
∎ Excellent communication skills; the ability to express oneself with clarity is vital to success in this role
∎ Have a proactive, can do attitude
∎ Familiar with AGILE & Scrum methodology
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 140000 - 180000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for deserving candidates
