Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet all customers & VIPs in a friendly, welcoming manner.
∎ Assist internal and external customers, determining their needs and supporting them appropriately to give first AID and emergency support for injuries or medical treatment at TFW.
∎ Assists in Spot, institutional, and corporate sales and activations as needed.
∎ Promote and explain various games and rides to in-house and outdoor guests.
∎ Answering any questions potential customers might have about games rides or services.
∎ Handling complaints of any customer discussing with the Operations team collecting consent forms data and preparing report category basis.
∎ Generating reports that outline customers’ interest levels, questions asked, and literature distributed at various events.
∎ Staying up to date with games, rides, or service features.
∎ Coordinate with operations & sales team in case of any emergency requirement on the floor.
∎ To achieve Customer Experience Associate KPI as per requirement.
