Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Graduation/Masters in any discipline with relevant experience.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Sales & Marketing

∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion, Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take responsibilities of Brand Promoting/Sales & Marketing related activities for assigned area/region.
∎ To achieve sales target assigned by the management without fail.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
∎ To achieve sales target and collection target for each month.
∎ Dealing with distributors & Retailers with confident.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales and Market report.
∎ Develop areas for Retailers/Dealers acquisition.
∎ Revolve credit limit within the approved credit limit.
∎ To act as a team member for better performance.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven experience in cement sales.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible to take the new challenge.
∎ Should have sincerity & strong sense of responsibility.
