Job Context:
∎ 3 months Probation period.
∎ Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Friday off).
∎ Work hours: 10am - 8pm.
∎ Job Location: House # 30( Level-3), Road # 3/D, Sector # 9, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively participate in developing brand communication action plan.
∎ Assist Company & Activation Manager to ensure the effectiveness of each marketing communication initiative.
∎ Answering customers' questions about specific services.
∎ Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality customer service.
∎ Prospect and secure new customers to bolster the company's sales.
∎ Identify and respond to customer needs and support services.
∎ Collect and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams.
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly individual and team sales targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
