∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ With good academic record preferably from public university or reputed private university.
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 05 years experience flowing area, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
∎ Plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
∎ Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly and assess ROI
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
∎ Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
