∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of own sales based, industry trend, market dynamics and Share.
∎ Prepare and implement ABP objectives and achieve budgeted NSV with profit maximization.
∎ Lead Brand development and management through implementation of ATL & BTL activities.
∎ Develop, roll out and evaluate all 7P Activities, Activation Programs, Campaigns, and Trade Marketing activities to create TOM & SOM as per Cycle plan Calendar.
∎ Conduct periodic internal and third party Market survey and research for market update and consumer insights.
∎ Periodic update on market intelligence & competition analysis through on site visit.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and develop new products and alternative channels to diversify product portfolio.
∎ Plan, develop and roll out area initiatives (Customer engagement, POS engagement, Ground activation etc) to build WOM and strong relationship with channel partners.
∎ Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in POS through Point Of Sales Materials.
∎ Initiate and facilitate training and motivational programs for sales and marketing team.
∎ Agency handling and vendor management in cost effective way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The individual should be well mannered, pleasant, analytical, professional, good problem solvers and self-directed with time bound as well.
Salary: Negotiable
