∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline with no third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for the entire operations of the Branch, ensure every employees provides excellent customer services.
∎ Check transactions as per guidelines. Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ All Branch maintenance i.e. cleanliness, floor management, branch security, IT security etc.
∎ Act as joint custodian of vault keys.
∎ Perform duty as BAMLCO.
∎ Ensure on time submission of all relevant reports and statements to Regulatory Bodies and Head Office.
∎ Generating new business for SME/Retail by identifying potential customers.
∎ Achieve business target both for Assets and Liabilities.
∎ Develop growth strategies and plans for procuring new businesses.
∎ Sound knowledge about Credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, borrower selection etc.
∎ Compliance with Regulatory Guidelines & internal policies, SOP etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 (Eight) years’ working experience in leading commercial banks out of which 3 (Three) years as Branch Operations Manager/Credit Manager in a branch preferably located in Chattogram city.
∎ Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
∎ Person needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, very sound knowledge base in Credit & General Banking.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
