Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of the branch
∎ To ensure business target of the branch
∎ To help and organize sales promotions (Campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the other channels
∎ To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability
∎ Pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality.
∎ Ensure effective services
∎ Ensure good audit rating for the branch by maintaining proper compliance.
∎ Ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to preventing Money Laundering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At present the job location is at Dhaka City/Chattogram District/Cox's Bazar District but transferrable to anywhere in Bangladesh
