Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure business profitability and compliance at branch level
∎ Meet earning targets and business acquisition targets
∎ Manage and oversee Trade, Settlement, Operations, HR, Admin, Finance
∎ functions for the specific branch
∎ Ensure client retention and best customer-service at all times
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and all company policies
∎ Present market insights and appropriate analysis to clients and the management
∎ Coordinate trade orders (Buy and sale) for customers and advise them on market/stock trends over phone or face to face meetings

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
∎ The Applicant should have experience in Capital Market
∎ Should have Updated AR certificate
∎ Capable of acquiring and managing large customer portfolios
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge about stock market, trading process and all systems and procedures relating to stock trading
∎ Committed to maintain compliance of all applicable laws and company policies.
