∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank, Insurance, Non Banking Financial Institution, The applicants should have experience in the following business area

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for achieving set targets of the assigned team.
∎ Accountable for overall portfolio quality and collections.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service experience.
∎ Responsible for leading and developing a team.
∎ Core responsibilities will be to achieve Business targets and nurturing customer relationship and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the branch;
∎ Maintain a high-quality portfolio as per the company's risk appetite and achieve or exceed business targets;
∎ Ensure that compliance culture is inculcated into the practice and behavior of the employees through regular monitoring, coaching, and managing the teammate;
∎ Ensure compliance of service delivery and transaction processing in line with regulatory DSE & BSEC policies.
