Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
∎ Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
∎ Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎ Provide support to the administrative department when needed.
∎ Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Good Looking, elegant, smart, presentable personality.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ Must have computer operating skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to deal with clients/visitors with a positive approach.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned tasks under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Well-groomed
