Job Context:
∎ Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), an Islamic Shariah based financial institution operating with corporate governance and as equal opportunity employer, is looking for Branch Manager for immediate employment. Candidates who have working experience in branch banking management & operations specially in the areas of banking business strategy, prioritize & fixation of business target & achievement and development of new channels to diversify the business/investment portfolio across the industries & sectors and interested to work with a vision to take future leadership role of the Company are requested to apply for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and Outside of Dhaka Branches.
∎ Job Grade: Preferably FAVP to VP, however job grade will be offered on the basis of experience & competency level of the selected candidate
∎ Category of Emplacement: Permanent & Full-time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking after day-to-day operations & activities of the Branch
∎ Planning, prioritization & fixation of business target and achievement.
∎ Monitoring & review of business target & achievement and ensuring maximization of profit & income.
∎ To assess the merit of investment applications in terms of profitability, cash-flows, transactional transparency and previous credit records of the client, etc.
∎ To guide team members to develop and achieve business targets including core deposits and investment.
∎ To ensure compliance issues with due diligence and
∎ To maintain rules & regulations of the Company as well as regulatory bodies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience in Bank/ NBFI along with at least 2 years managerial experience of branch banking.
∎ Candidate with job experience as MTO in bank/ NBFI will be preferred.
∎ Career oriented, industrious, sincere with good manner & etiquette
∎ Knowledge about financial reporting, ratio analysis and other financial performance indicators
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks including monitoring, supervision & controlling of Branch
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good leadership skills.
