Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of daily banking operations and high-quality customer services.
∎ Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth.
∎ Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets
∎ Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long lasting relationship in local community
∎ Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
∎ Leading, coaching and managing people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years’ managerial experience in any Bank including 15 years overall banking experience with proven track record.
∎ The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development in Chattogram City.
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship
