Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry (B.Sc. in AH) from any Agricultural University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Broiler Farm Management, Commercial Broiler Sales, Parent Stock Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set targets and drive the team for achieving expected management goal.
∎ Run, maintain, lead, train and monitor the integration field force and sales team to convey profitability and potential growth about all aspects of contractual broiler farming and benefits to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses.
∎ Responsible for the profitable contract farming business for assigned branch
∎ Develop business plan , set up target DOC housing/week and drive the team to achieve the plan and target under the SOP of farm selection.
∎ Increase the volume of production with better flock productivity.
∎ Leading, monitoring and train to team member
∎ Skill development of farmer and emergency assistant to farmer for better performance
∎ Encourage farmer to produce disease free birds and ensure proper brooding, growing, feeding, watering, Vaccination and medication, farm bio-security etc.
∎ Making good relationship with farmer for sustainable contract farming business.
∎ Arrangement of DOC placement, feed, bird sales and other necessary activities.
∎ Arrange of farmer training and seminar.
∎ Categorize the farmer and cluster in charge according to their performance.
∎ Daily, monthly, weekly reporting.
∎ Ensure on time farmer payment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Parent Stock / Layer / Commercial Broiler farming.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Contract Farming.
Salary: Negotiable
