Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Providing admission-related information, enrolling students, and receiving office phone calls
∎ • Achieving the branch's admission target
∎ • Submitting daily accounts to the Head of Finance
∎ • Inviting college teachers and batch teachers to various programs
∎ • Visiting the homes of top students from different colleges and delivering various gifts
∎ • Calling students to check on their well-being
∎ • Calling guardians to inform them about Medico services
∎ • Preparing view lists and discount lists for due payments and calling students accordingly
∎ • Communicating with teachers the day before offline/online classes
∎ • Regularly monitoring the distribution of posters, service plans, banners, leaflets, etc.
∎ • Recruiting people during various events (e.g., call center/leaflet distribution)
∎ • Assigning exam centers and being present during Medico's various exams such as
∎ • Paying and preserving all types of office bills such as house rent, electricity, water, internet bills, etc. (Signature of the recipient is mandatory on all bills/vouchers)
∎ • Preparing the annual profit and loss report for each branch
