Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across all branches.
Plan, implement and monitor operational strategies for efficiency and growth.
Lead, train and supervise branch managers and operational teams.
Develop and enforce company policies, SOPs and performance standards.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development programs.
Ensure positive work culture and resolve employee-related issues professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, disciplinary actions and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with management to align HR & operational goals with company vision.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
Maintain high communication standards between departments and management.
Identify problems, make strategic decisions and implement solutions quickly.
