bra tech, Cad Pattern Master, Lingerie ( Bra and panties ) experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and completion of tech packs, including size specifications, detailing technical construction requirements and grading rules
∎ Ensuring technical drawings are correct and contain all relevant information
∎ Implementing H&M requirement on all process of Bra construction
∎ Working closely with the designers to assess the technical construction viability of new designs
∎ Managing all fittings and provide detailed fit comments & changes to vendors, amending tech packs and specifications as required
∎ Creating production sketches for development packages.
∎ Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.
∎ Following up with factories for submission and any re-submission for fit approvals in accordance to the critical path
∎ Approval of all size sets, bulk fits and constructions, prior to shipment ensuring all product meets company quality standards
∎ Making patterns on pattern paper based on style specification sheet or draft manual pattern into CAD system, develop patterns on computer.
∎ Grading patterns from one size to another by increasing and decreasing measurements in certain points of the patterns.
∎ Helping designers in developing development samples.
∎ Garments fit checking to model body or dummy and correction of patterns.
∎ Incorporate buyer's comments on samples regarding changes measurement specification.
∎ Take care of product design and critical points to make sample production friendly.
∎ Estimating average fabric consumption of the samples.
∎ Helping cutting master in effective marker planning.
