∎ Ensure operation feasibility of plan. Below areas need to consider:
∎ • No of style change.
∎ • Skill.
∎ • Previous know how.
∎ • Line continuity/material flow.
∎ Line loading plan in Fast React.
∎ TNA attachment.
∎ TNA revised if needed (If Textile fails).
∎ Ensure seven (07) days freeze plan.
∎ Prepare tentative monthly plan.
∎ Published monthly freeze plan.
∎ Ensure group wise input for total supply chain.
∎ As per TNA knitting, Dyeing, Fabrics and trims delivery follow-up.
∎ Attend plan review meeting
