Additional Requirements:

• Strong background in software engineering and scalable, secure application development.

• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams across the full software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of system design, engineering trade-offs, and performance optimization.

• Experience managing Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) and external delivery partners.

• Data-driven approach to reporting, planning, and decision-making.

• Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic engineering roadmaps.

• Lead end-to-end application development across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Manage delivery pipelines by fostering engineering excellence, accountability, and high-quality output aligned with KPIs, while leveraging data-driven insights for resource planning.

• Optimize development processes to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

• Drive engineering trade-offs that support business growth and expansion, keeping in mind the Engineering capacity.

• Partner with product leads to manage backlogs, update roadmaps, and prioritize delivery milestones.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to assess delivery status and adjust strategies as required.

• Act as a conduit across engineering, solution architecture, operations, data science, and other functions to drive shared objectives.

• Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable product releases through strong governance and collaboration with security teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, grooming, retrospectives) and foster continuous improvement through team feedback loops.

• Manage ASP onboarding and performance, including tracking and reporting on utilization, delivery KPIs, hiring progress, and roadmap milestones.
