Requirements:
Skills Required: AutoCAD,Graphic Design,MS Office
Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 40 years
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of architectural design processes
- Familiarity with building construction processes
- Knowledge of building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services
- Strong understanding of building materials
Software skills:
- Advanced or expert proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic skill of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Basic understanding of AI.

ARTIFEX23N, Bangladesh’s first firm offering comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, seeks dedicated candidates for the role of BIM Designer in Dhaka. No academic qualifications are required; we prioritize candidates committed to skill development. Successful candidates, who demonstrate proficiency and loyalty may advance to executive positions, explore independent franchise opportunities, or access international work prospects.
LOCATION: 13-02-T1-A6, Bijoy Rakeen City, Section-15, Mirpur, Dhaka
CAREER PROGRESSION AND REMUNERATION
The role follows a structured skill development path with competitive remuneration:
- TRAINING PHASE (1-3 months)
Salary: BDT 10,000–12,000/month
Objective: Develop skills in Revit, ARCHICAD, AutoCAD, Microsoft and Graphics Tools.
- PROVISIONAL PHASE (1-3 months)
Salary: BDT 12,000–15,000/month
Objective: Learn building codes, regulations, and real project design.
- SERVICE PHASE (1-3 months)
Salary: BDT 17,000–20,000/month
Objective: Apply skills to small-scale design projects and documentation.
- DESIGNER PHASE (Permanent)
Salary: BDT 21,000–25,000/month
Objective: Serve as a full BIM Designer, creating and documenting BIM models.
Note: Progression depends on individual skill development.
Long-Term Opportunities: Skilled and committed employees may progress to executive roles, pursue independent franchise opportunities, or access international work assignments.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates interviewed in the fourth week of September 2025.
Start Date: October 1, 2025.
Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year.
