∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly with transporters in real time to match shipments/trips at the best rate to the market.
∎ Act on the front lines to assist with active shipments, coordinating customer shipment needs between external and internal teams.
∎ Oversee the successful matching of shipments/trips by utilizing company’s internal tools.
∎ Prioritize and balance real time supply and demand on a tight schedule.
∎ Recommend process modification to help organization improve quantity and rate of bids.
∎ Online verification of business stakeholders.
∎ Ensure required business and regulatory compliance during verification process.
∎ Adhere to verification response time as per service level agreements.
∎ Continuously communicate with all relevant stakeholders through phone, text, email and any other effective mode of communication in order to ensure adequate and competitive bidding.
∎ Enter data into online platforms.
∎ Provide feedback to Management identifying scopes of development for the purpose of improving operating procedures.
∎ Help business stakeholders to effectively and efficiently use company's applications and services in order to improve their performance and consequently grow their business with the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in customer facing roles.
∎ Customer service, Telesales experience a plus.
∎ Work experience in transportation / logistics / automotive industry a plus.
∎ Freight brokerage experience is a plus.
∎ Comfortable at quick-fire negotiation.
∎ High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ Strong operational mindset with can-do attitude.
∎ Tech-savvy with a knack for process improvement.
∎ Willing to dive in and do what's needed, regardless of whether it's in the job description or not.
∎ Problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability with keen attention to details.
∎ Self-motivated: able to work independently and think creatively to deliver results.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work following roster duties including overnight shifts, weekends and Govt. holiday duties.
∎ Team oriented, helpful, professional and focused.
∎ Able to remain calmand exercise sound judgment under pressure.
