Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships within the IT industry.
Match consultants' skills and experience with client needs, ensuring a strong fit and delivering successful placements.
Negotiate rates, contract terms, and conditions with clients and consultants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client and consultant interactions, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients and consultants, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market demands, and competitive intelligence, aligning sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and account managers, to effectively align client requirements and consultant skills.
