• Strong grasp of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and API Keys.

• Experience with Postman, Swagger, and OpenAPI documentation tools

• Familiarity with Redis for caching and rate-limiting mechanisms.

• Understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and API gateway management.

• Experience with webhook integrations and asynchronous task processing (Celery, RabbitMQ, etc.)

• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, code reviews).

• Good understanding of software security, scalability, and performance best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our web application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, with a solid understanding of modern backend architectures. You will be responsible for building scalable APIs, managing data flow, ensuring application security, and optimizing performance across distributed systems.

This role involves working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time communication technologies (WebSocket, Server-Sent Events), while ensuring secure and efficient integrations with frontend and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

●     Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

●     Develop and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time features using WebSocket or Server-Sent Events (SSE).

●     Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and API Key strategies.

●     Integrate and manage data persistence using PostgreSQL with optimized queries and migrations.

●     Implement API documentation and testing workflows using Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI standards.

●     Manage caching, rate limiting, and performance optimization using Redis.

●     Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures (e.g., Celery, message queues, webhooks).

●     Integrate backend services with external systems using APIs and webhooks.

●     Monitor and improve application scalability, performance, and reliability.

●     Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

●     Maintain code quality through version control (Git) and participate in peer code reviews.
