∎ Masters/ MBA in Finance, Marketing, Management from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist developing all strategic and advisory support to the Head of Retail Banking in managing and Improving all Retail product offerings.
∎ Design, develop and implement marketing plan, strategies, policies and procedure for developing Retail business.
∎ Management of business channels and ensures their smooth operations and that they maintain high level of customer service by delivery of quality service to customers.
∎ Assigns business and revenue targets to channels and monitors their performance.
∎ Instigate new business, develop new and innovative products and services and keeps track of competitor's products, services and strategies.
∎ Oversees marketing and sales of all products and services.
∎ Managing a sales infrastructure channel to achieve the desired result s and exceed targets.
∎ Improve Customer Service, distribution and delivery channels with new technologies.
∎ Ensure adequate management information reports to keep them informed on revenue generation, business growth, market share etc.
∎ Improving financial performance, managing risk and optimizing output of resources.
∎ Assess analyze, define, recommend implement and follow up market intelligence, marketing plans and retail finance strategy.
∎ Responsible for directing and coaching the team members to ensure quality acquisition, KYC, underwriting accuracy, and proper screening of document.
∎ Monitor underwriting quality, approval rates, turnaround time (TAT), rework rates, and other similar KPIs and keep constant partnering with CRM, and CAD.
∎ Generate revenue and maintain lower OD, NPL, PAR of loan portfolio.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' experience in relevant department in Bank or financial institutions.
∎ Customer service oriented with exceptional sales skills.
∎ Solid understanding of local law, REHAB and Bangladesh Bank Rules & Regulations.
∎ Strong understanding of mortgage & Auto markets.
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, PP Presentation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Smart & pro-active.
∎ Positive attitude towards others.
∎ Seeking continuous improvement in entire business process.
