Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers in exploring various vehicle options based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
∎ Take pictures of cars.
∎ B2b visits
∎ Search for leads.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different car models.
∎ Learn to negotiate prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance to potential buyers.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
∎ Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
∎ Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including paperwork, filing, and data entry.
