• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of all company vehicles and transport equipment.

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for vehicles.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults and arrange timely repairs.

• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.

• Maintain records of vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing, and compliance documents.

• Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and spare parts suppliers for maintenance support.

• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Investigate breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Support procurement activities by evaluating vehicle specifications and technical requirements.

• Train drivers and transport staff on proper vehicle operation and maintenance practices.

• Ensure availability of spare parts and maintain inventory control.

• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance analysis for management.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and operating costs.
