• Professional Certification or License (Preferred): Authorized Representative License, Certified Securities Trader (CST), Certified Capital Market Professional (CCMP), Certified Financial Market Professional (CFMP)

Stockmate Securities Limited is a leading brokerage house dedicated to providing exceptional trading services in the capital market. We are seeking an Authorized Representative (Trader) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders on behalf of clients and investors through the DSE and CSE terminals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute buy and sell orders for clients/investors through DSE and CSE terminals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), DSE, and CSE.

• Actively seek out and engage new investors and clients to expand the company's client base.

• Implement and monitor effective trading strategies to optimize client investment performance.

• Communicate trading strategies and market optimizations clearly to both internal teams and external partners.

• Maintain detailed records of trading activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide exceptional client service, addressing queries and offering insights into market trends and investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all trading activities are within legal and ethical standards.

• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Authority or Honorable Management Authority.
