Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Graduates with a major in Textile Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemistry will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: WRAP,ISO 45000,Higgs

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop with a team of auditors to complete audit assignments on time and to customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure the quality and integrity of the audit as well as the report. Strictly maintain the TAT for submission of the audit reports
∎ Conduct Audit per client’s requirement
∎ Follow up the Filing (before and after audit) and report to line manager (regarding required document and TAT)
∎ Review new client requirements/updated laws, etc., and communicate with auditors
∎ Contacting and responding to inquiries from customers, local authorities, overseas colleagues, and management. Gathering information from auditors and liaising with managers
∎ Conduct witness audits/ mystery audits/ integrity site visits/ internal audits etc. as directed by the manager.
∎ Always develop and maintain the knowledge in the relevant field

Additional Requirements:
∎ Soft skills: Good negotiation and analytical skills
∎ Language proficiency: English and Bangla
∎ Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Social Compliance audit experience.
∎ Good knowledge of chemical management and detailed process of ETP.
∎ Knowledge of water and energy consumption.
∎ Course attendance on the environment, quality, health, and safety of products.
∎ Certification in ISO 9000, 14000 certifications of other retailers.
∎ Experience/ training in some physical testing
∎ Exposure to the manufacturing process of the leather and textile industry.
∎ Understand product health and safety standard (testing part of garments).
∎ Strong knowledge about the Environmental rules and regulations, environmental parameter tastings, and assessments.
∎ Adequate knowledge of EMS, EIA, EMP, CMP (Chemical Management Plan) will be considered as an additional value
