• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemistry will get preference.

• CSCA / APSCA registered auditor.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant audit experience (social compliance, factory audits, or brand Code of Conduct).

• Strong understanding of labor law, local regulations, and global compliance standards.

• Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills in English & Bengali.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

• Experience with Higg FEM verifications, SLCP assessments, SA8000/ISO audits, or environmental audits will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with brand-specific CoC audits (e.g., Walmart, Tesco, GAP, M&S, Primark).

• Exposure to security, environmental, or technical audits will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of ZDHC, ISO 9001/14001, and GRI reporting standards is desirable.

• Experience in capacity-building, supplier training, or client engagement.

• Conduct social compliance audits in line with APSCA standards, client requirements, and local labor laws.

• Evaluate supplier facilities against global brand Codes of Conduct (CoC) and international standards.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality, evidence-based audit reports (including data, documentation, and images) within deadlines.

• Review findings, track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and follow up to ensure timely closure.

• Stay updated on compliance standards, buyer requirements, and regulations, and integrate them into audit practices.

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and independence during audits, ensuring transparency with clients and suppliers.

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and certification bodies to ensure smooth audit execution.

• Support suppliers in capacity-building and sustainable compliance practices.

• Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing within the audit team.

• Perform High FEM verifications, SLCP assessments, ISO/SA8000 audits, or environmental/sustainability assessments if qualified.
