∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ BBA/MBA/M Com. in Accounting or Finance from any recognized public university.
∎ CA (CC) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT "Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Preparation and submission of online VAT Return.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VDS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare TDS & VDS challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Document management related to TAX & VAT.
∎ Make monthly, half-yearly, yearly & consolidated financial statements.
∎ Day to day Accounts operation - bill checking, posting, validation
∎ Prepare Financial statements, budget & budgetary control management.
∎ Maintain of compliance, i.e. bank reconciliation, internal and external audit management.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
