Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering (Mech. /Elect./ Chemical/Chemistry.) or
∎ Diploma Engineering (Mech. /Elect./ Chemical.) having 02 years experience in Paper / Tissue Production.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Paper
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operations ensuring the most effective return on assets.
∎ Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials etc.
∎ Ensure attainment of productions schedules while insuring product standards & quality.
∎ Running of paper/converting machines.
∎ Good understanding of production processing, chemical composition, structure and chemical transformation.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of equipment's and system.
∎ Proper utilization of raw materials.
∎ Maintain daily shift wise production report etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with the full functions of Paper/Tissue production.
∎ The applicant having practical experience in any paper/tissue manufacturing/ processing industry will get preference.
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Computer literate.
