Job Context:
∎ Performing testing, analysis, generating test ideas and executing test plans.
∎ Major activities will be bug hunting, analyzing in detail level, bug reporting and following up on the reported bugs.
∎ Work closely with developers to produce a product of the highest possible quality
∎ Work with the stakeholders to capture business requirements which would be used to develop the test plan and scripts
∎ Perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity, and testability to support a Lean and Agile development process
∎ Design manual and automated test cases, run test cycles and verify bugs
∎ Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and aid the development team in taking decisions on application features
∎ Promote quality concept in overall organizational process and take ownership of overall product quality
∎ Take active part in developing test automation suite
∎ Be involved from the very beginning of the development and ensure things are moving in the right direction in terms of business needs and integration with the overall system
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Programmer/Software Engineer
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Software Companies
∎ Ability to understand customer requirement and needs.
∎ Familiar with the entire software development life cycle
∎ He must understand software requirement specifications and the architecture of the assigned module.
∎ Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Able to work in a multinational team environment.
∎ Programming skills are an added advantage
∎ Attention to detail, and impeccable organizational skills.
∎ Knowledge of software development Lifecycle, s/w quality assurance, and source code control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Banking experience will be preferred.
