Job Context:
∎ Four H Dyeing & Printing Limited is one of the largest Knit textile manufacturing organization looking for some a person who have to handle a challenging position and having sufficient knowledge about fabric quality and related issues.
∎ Job Location: Four H Dyeing & Printing Ltd., Arakan road, kalarpool, chapra, patiya, Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical development and Dyeing, Knitting, Finishing team to maintain product quality; ensuring that requirements are maintained.
∎ Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Assessing relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Coordination with department head regarding production planning & machine maintenance scheduling.
∎ Review & implement quality SOP
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue
