Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficient in PHP, Laravel framework, and WordPress CMS.
∎ Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting and Domain DNS.
∎ Ability to work under extreme levels of pressure.
∎ Project Planning and Execution.
∎ Team Management Ability.
∎ Client and Vendor Communication.
∎ Risk and Issue Management.
∎ Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
∎ Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Experience with other PHP frameworks or CMS platforms.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Replying to customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Set meetings with potential clients, follow-up and confirm goals.
∎ Correspondence and negotiation with prospective Clients.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Maintain liaison with all clients.
∎ Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
∎ Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
∎ Must have good design sense.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
