Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily production plan
∎ Reduce change over time
∎ Ensure alternations/ rectifications for defective pieces on hourly basis
∎ Implement QS standards
∎ Ensure OPF in all lines
∎ Check OPF system maintenance
∎ Defects per 100 units(DHU) reduction
∎ MIS
∎ SOP Implementation
∎ Identify areas of process simplification and suggest to seniors
∎ Build self and people capability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
