∎ Bachelor Degree/ Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection and review floor production plan
∎ Share the plan with team members
∎ Collect approved sample and trims card for every product
∎ Pre-arrangement of machine and input materials according to production plan
∎ Discussion in team regarding challenges of starting production of an item; like critical process, quality concern, product safety issue, etc.
∎ Line and machine layout
∎ Line balancing in cooperation with IE team
∎ Process wise operator/manpower allocation
∎ Input receives and output handover with proper record keeping
∎ Label and other accessories collection, use and return unused quantity
∎ Ensure plan wise hourly and daily production with buyer required quality and following shipment schedule
∎ Inter department communication
∎ Ensure team building and safe work place

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in handling 500 machines
∎ Sample making and all machine operating
∎ Problem solver of all technical issue.
