∎ SSC, HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-active, positive mentality, team player, with Yes attitude.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan..
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of the machine and skilled operatives.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ Should have overall management experience and IE based production knowledge.
∎ Should be able to do machine layout, time & motion study, etc.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method, operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to higher productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fair understanding of IE concepts and tools.
∎ Must have working experience in large knit garments group and Self-motivated, self-organized with a positive attitude.
