Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a large Knit garments production factory.
∎ Plan and implement on time shipment.
∎ Manage all steps of garment production and give technical guidance.
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control the total production process.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities in the production process through appropriate and timely production planning, monitoring support and analysis, method & management system development.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ Develop efficient strategies to reduce production costs where possible.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising and marketing team and plan production and shipment accordingly.
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be honest & punctual.
∎ Good leader ship ability to lead & motivate officers and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should be good team player, well organized, self-initiative and detail oriented.
