Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed
∎ Maintain organized data bank of applicants for various positions and generates recruitment related reports
∎ Preparing offer letters and appointment letters and manage joining formalities for new employees of the organization
∎ Execute payroll processing (salary, bonus, final Settlement) according to company policy
∎ Maintain and update employee database and personal file through software
∎ Carry out any other related task as assigned by supervisor from time to time
Additional Requirements:

∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure with deadline.
∎ Computer skill (Microsoft Office Package).
