Retired Army Officers (Major or above rank) with relevant field or administrative experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement credit policies, risk assessment systems, and approval processes.
- Lead and motivate the credit control and recovery team to achieve company objectives.
- Lead recovery initiatives to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debt ratios.
- Supervise and guide recovery teams to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and settlement plans with defaulting parties.
- Analyze trends in payment behavior and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment between sales targets and credit exposure.
- Take legal or regulatory action when required in coordination with the legal department.
