Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in CSE, EEE, CSI, Telecommunication, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, CSI, Telecommunication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure,Router,switch)
∎ Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.
∎ Splicing fiber cable for large cable transfers
∎ Graphical Design for Cable maintenance, Connection testing.
∎ Serve as a technical resource for staff on all fiber related areas and technical procedures. Be available for any on call emergency coverage for fiber restoration year-round.
∎ Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.
∎ Must be able to differentiate Fiber color codes.
∎ Proficient in the operation of all related fiber tools and equipment.
∎ Excellent customer presentation and service skills.
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments.
∎ Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.
∎ Ability to communicate with other staff.
∎ Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
∎ Perform site survey of remote locations to ensure quality installation of all racks, equipment power plants, fiber cable, etc. Report any and all defects to the Higher Key.
∎ Participate in on-call rotation schedule for nights and weekends.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
∎ Work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night
∎ Work performed near power lines and electricity.
∎ Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
∎ Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Manage field operation team and report to line Manager.
∎ Own Laptop and Smart phone (Preferred).
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
