Responsibilities & Context:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Good understanding & knowledge on PPR 2025 & 2008;
Clear understanding & knowledge about overall Tender preparation procedure based on Standard Documents (STD)-National/International.
Clear understanding & knowledge about Schedule of Rates (SOR) & its process.
Good understanding & knowledge about different types of Tender & its process;
Capable to process the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial), submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary for Management discussions and decision making;
Maintaining Banking formalities related to Tender
Tender Submission as decided by the authority time to time.
Able to prepare Monthly Tender Report for the management perspective
Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed Tender Schedule maintenance
Any other job assigned by the supervisor
