Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Power in power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain sewing machines and related equipment.
∎ Calibrate mechanical systems as needed.
∎ Repairing circuit board & related appliance & all types electronic controlled sewing & non sewing machineries.
∎ Mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent to electronics & mechanical problem during factory running.
∎ Work alongside other technicians for repairs to ensure safety and quality.
∎ Use machine tool manuals, technical documents to research and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.
∎ Complete testing and benchmarking for machines
∎ Acting as the initial escalation point for related work items
∎ Train, mentor and coach new and current employees
∎ Delivering excellent communications across the organization, both written and verbal form
∎ Maintaining machine parts list & ensure arrangement of spare parts for quick maintenance.
∎ Quality control analysis consist of conducting tests and inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
∎ Critical thinking including using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
∎ Management of personnel resources together with motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Age 35 to 40 years.
∎ Having sound knowledge in computer literacy.
∎ Must have close visual acuity to notice errors and/or defects.
∎ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
∎ Maintaining poise, professionalism and working independently without supervision.
∎ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
