∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create new strategies and action plans to develop sustainability in the company.
∎ Promote sustainable practices and increase awareness of Environmental Pollution and Restoration.
∎ Conduct Internal Audit on the Environmental Management System of the Facility and provide regular presentations on environmental progress in the company.
∎ Monitoring Higg FEM 3.0 requirements and implementation.
∎ Responsible for factory Occupational Health & Safety as well as Environmental Health &Safety.
∎ Maintain and control chemical management system of the factory.
∎ Implement Wastewater Reduction, Water and Energy Saving Initiatives in the production process, GHG Reduction, 3R system implementation, Air and Noise pollution control, Environmental reservation etc.
∎ Use BVE3, BHive, ZDHC Gateway, Reach and Screen Chemistry for chemical traceability.
∎ Responsible to implement BEPI code of conduct at the factory.
∎ Monitoring ETP operation.
∎ To find out the non-complaint issues by the daily monitoring and internal audit in the factory.
∎ Maintain and implement various environmental requirements of buyers and other legislative Organizations.
∎ Face and Handle 3rd party audit/verification on different Certification System.
∎ Responsible for implementation of social compliance requirements at the factory.
∎ Any other duty as appropriate and assigned by the management.
