Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote sales and marketing of Air ticketing, Holiday packages, and visa Consultancy.
∎ Offer a full range of innovative travel products to customers.
∎ Providing advice on travel destinations and options to meet client requirements.
∎ Follow-up on reservations and close sales.
∎ Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issues, reissue, and refund policies.
∎ Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Liaison with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tour operators and embassies.
∎ Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to speak & understand English.
∎ Skills Required: Airline's ticketing, Computer skills, Language skills both in Bengali and English, Travel Agency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Reservation/Ticketing, Holiday package and fair knowledge on Visa processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Travel Agencies
∎ Proven working experience as a ticketing/tour planner and reservation
∎ Candidates having experience in Amadeus are preferable.
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
