Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote sales and marketing of Air ticketing, Holiday packages and visa Consultancy.
∎ Offer a full range of innovative travel products to customers.
∎ Providing advice on travel destinations and options to meet client requirement.
∎ Follow-up on reservations and close sales.
∎ Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies.
∎ Providing up to date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Liaison with travel partners, including airlines, hotels and tour operators.
∎ Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Able to speak & understand English.
∎ Experience in a reputed travel company.
∎ Skills Required: Airline's ticketing, Computer skill, Language skills both in Bengali and English, Travel Agency.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/Ticketing, Holiday package and fare knowledge on Visa.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agencies.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation.
∎ Candidates having experience in Amadeus are preferable.
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
