S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for an experienced person for the position of Asst. Manager/Manager (Sales & Marketing) in its Sales Force.
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent`s duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
To implement the company`s vision and mission.
Must be punctual and demonstrate strong time management skills.
Directly involved with different markets exploring new clients, generating new clients and markets to achieve the individual target through sales & delivery.
To maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
Maintain, and develop relationships with existing & new Customers through physical visits, telephone or emails.
He will take necessary measures (plan, design, and implement sales & marketing activities) to fulfill the sales targets set by higher management.
Leading teams) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
Generate sales leads for the team and supervise them.
Will be responsible to create and continuously develop long term strategic of the company.
Recruit sales personnel.
To maintain updated knowledge regarding markets and industry of the company.
To analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Responsible for overall Sales Operation.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels.
Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
