A reputed fast growing publicly listed General Insurance Company is looking eligible and deserving candidates for the position of "Asst. Manager/Manager" for the department of Business Development.
Job Context /Role: This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationship with clients. The successful candidate will be able to identify new clients/business/upsell/cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and client retention. The role requires to work directly with clients to solve business related problems and to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue target and build relationship with the new and potential clients
Manage and grow existing client retention goal
Identify new business opportunity
Upsell/cross selling product and services with the brand image
